Typical CSA Shares
CSA shares continue over 24 weeks, and we have no control over the weather and individual growing seasons, so this list gives you an approximate idea of what will be available each week. Substitutions will be made when a particular vegetable is not available.
Week 1= 1 lb. Beet Greens, 1 bunch Beets, 2 quarts strawberries, 1 bunch Radish, 1 lb. snap peas, 1 head Boston Lettuce.
Week 2= 2 quarts strawberries, 1 head Green Leaf, 1 head Romaine, 1 bunch Swiss Chard, Garlic Scapes, 9 stalks Rhubarb.
Week 3= 1 dozen eggs, 1 bunch beets, 1 head cabbage, 1 bunch swiss chard, 8 summer squash, 2 lbs shelling peas
Week 4= 2 lbs Spinach, 1 bunch radish, 4 summer squash, 2 heads lettuce, 1 lb. honey, 1 lb snap peas
Week 5= 1 dozen corn, 6 cucumbers, 4 summer squash, 1 pint blueberry, 1 bunch beet
Week 6= ½ dozen corn, maple syrup sampler, one pint blueberries, 1 lb. green beans, 2 heads garlic, broccoli
Week 7= one dozen corn, 2 Walla Walla onions, one pint blueberries, 6 summer squash, 2 qt of peach, 1 lb. of green beans.
Week 8= one dozen corn, ½ peck peaches, 1 pint of blueberries, 1 bunch scallions, 2 eggplant
Week 9= one dozen corn, ½ peck peaches, 6 squash, 3 cucumbers, 3 bell peppers
Week 10= ½ peck peaches, ½ peck Moonglow pears, 2 lbs. Shellbeans, 2 eggplant
Week 11= 4 tomatoes, 4 bell peppers, ½ peck Paulared Apples, ½ peck peaches
Week 12= ½ peck peaches, 2 eggplant, 2 bell peppers, 4 tomatoes, quart nectarines
Week 13= ½ peck ginger gold apples, ½ dozen corn, ½ peck Bartlett pears, mini watermelon, pint yellow cherry tomatoes
Week 14= ½ peck Prune Plums, ½ peck paulared apples, ½ dozen corn, 2 tomatoes, 1 bunch beets
Week 15= ½ peck Cortland apples, 3-4 broccoli, 2 acorn squash, 2 tomatoes, 1 eggplant
Week 16= ½ peck Macoun apples, 2 spaghetti squash, 2 tomatoes, ½ gallon of cider, 2 sugar pumpkins
Week 17= ½ peck Jonagold, ½ peck Bosc Pears, 4 butternut squash, 3 bell peppers, 2 turnips
Week 18= ½ peck empire apples, 4 acorn squash, 1 lb honey, 1 savoy cabbage, 2 cabbage
Week 19= 1 peck mutsu apples, 1 cauliflower, 4 butternut squash, 1 lb. brussel sprouts, 2 bell peppers
Week 20= ½ peck Fuji apples, 2 peppers, 1 head escarole, 4 turnips, bunch of turnip greens,
Week 21= ½ peck Jonagold apples, 1 bunch Collard greens, cabbage, 1 lb. Brussel Sprouts
Week 22= ½ peck mutsu apples, ½ peck red delicious apples, 4 turnips, 1 lb. brusssel sprouts, ½ gallon of cider
Week 23= ½ peck Cortland apples, ½ peck golden delicious apples, 1 rutabaga, 5 lbs chef potatoes, Kale and Broccoli
Week 24= ½ peck mutsu apples, ½ peck cortand apples, broccoli, 1 lb. brussel sprouts, ½ gallon of cider
