Yes, I am ready to sign up for the 2013 CSA. I understand the program costs $550, and will provide me with 24 weeks of seasonal, fresh picked farm produce (June 12 through November 20, 2013). After completing this application, I will mail my payment of $275 immediately to the address shown below. I understand that the balance of payment is due before the first pickup in June 2013.
